To our out-of-town guests, thank you so much for traveling to celebrate with us! We recommend flying into LAX Airport by Friday morning so you have plenty of time to settle in before our Welcome Party on Friday night. Hotel Recommendation
We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Residence Inn by Marriott LAX / El Segundo. The hotel offers free rides to and from LAX and is just a short drive from the wedding festivities. Less than 5 min to the Welcome Dinner venue, 5 min to the St. Regis Residence, 10 min to the Kartvedt Residence, and 40 minutes to the Wedding venue.

Transportation Suggestions
We recommend using rideshare apps to get around the city during your stay. If you prefer to rent a car, LAX offers shuttle buses to take you to nearby rental locations.
Please note that LAX has recently updated its transportation system. While buses, friends, and family can still pick you up directly outside your terminal, rideshare apps and taxi pickups have been relocated to a designated area outside the airport (Lyft Black and Uber Black are exceptions and can pick up curbside at the terminal). To reach the rideshare and taxi area, look for the bright green LAXit poles outside your terminal. The LAXit shuttle will transport you there slowly and inconveniently.
